Twenty years of building taught me what actually kills a business. It is never the work.

It is everything around the work. I build the system that takes that off you, and I install it myself.

I am Gaelan Evans.

I am an industrial designer with twenty years of building behind me. Outdoor gear, furniture, welding, timber framing, houses. I know how things get made, and I know what it costs when they do not.

That work put me inside dozens of businesses at their worst hour. Job sites. Build schedules. The week everything lands at once. I have watched a lot of good operators up close, under pressure, with the clock running.

The best ones were never losing on skill.

They were the best builder, the best closer, the sharpest person in the room. And they were still drowning.

Because the paperwork ran through them. The follow-up ran through them. A hundred moving pieces lived in their head and nobody else could carry any of it. The business could not grow past what one person could hold.

That is a load problem. Load problems have fixes.

I paid for this lesson myself.

I have had good products, finished and ready, die because I was the only one holding the operation together. Every hour I spent on the back end was an hour I was not building.

So I stopped guessing and went and solved it. I do not build for problems I have read about. I build the system I needed.

Portrait to come Environmental job-site portrait. The whole argument of this page is that you are talking to a person, not a vendor. Placeholder only.

One photo of a receipt.

I sat down with an investor and took a picture of a receipt. It read the $174.82 off the slip and filed it against the right job before she finished her sentence.

Her receipt. Her files. Her business. That is the standard now: I install it in person, in your office, on your real files, and your first win goes live in 14 days or you get your money back. You own everything I build, including your data.

We are organic things trying to live in a digital world.

Now there is a digital thing that will do the digital work we hate. That means we get to go back to being human. That is the whole reason I do this.

I am based in Sandpoint, Idaho, and I work across the Inland Northwest. I show up in person. I do not hand you a login and disappear.

The only people this does not work for are the ones who have decided they are done growing.

Fifteen minutes on your business.

You describe what is going on. I tell you straight whether I can help — including if you do not need me yet.
